Responsibilities play a pivotal role in the life of our individuals by providing care on a 24-hour-a-day basis including, but not limited to the following: maintaining a safe and healthy living environment; participating in the Person-Centered Plan development; attending physician/psychological/wellness/therapy appointments; providing transportation to appointments, activities, and employment; providing nutritious meals and snacks.
